Why Bicester Cafe is My Favorite Corner
Whenever tourists visit Cebu, they often ask us, Cebuanos to name must-visit restaurants in Cebu. Aside from restaurants serving lechon, I give emphasis on Cebu homegrown restaurants, which includes the newly opened cafe – Bicester Cafe located at Mahogany Place along Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City. It’s not your typical coffee shop as it serves brunch, coffee, pastries and cocktails! I’ve been to Bicester Cafe thrice already and I must say, it’s one of my favorite cafes here in Cebu! With that said, I decided to share with you reasons why Bicester Cafe is #MyFavoriteCorner:
Contemporary yet relaxing ambiance
Bicester Cafe is a must-visit restaurant if you want to dine with your family and friends. Its got a contemporary yet relaxing ambiance, conducive to studying, working, meetings or even casual lunch dates.
For someone who loves coffee, a cafe serving good food and good coffee is always a plus for me. It’s a nice place to catch up with friends because you can enjoy sumptuous food, satisfy your sweet tooth with dessert and end your meal with coffee, cocktails or craft beer without having to transfer from one place to another. Aside from breakfast dishes, they also have delicious pasta and pastries that you shouldn’t miss the next time you visit Bicester Cafe!
Aside from coffee, I love matcha green tea treats which includes matcha green tea ice blended drinks, cakes, donut, ice cream to name a few. Did you know matcha green tea goes well with coffee too? Bicester Cafe offers Matcha Coffee which is obviously a combination of matcha and coffee! It’s a must-try since not all coffee shops have this. If you’re not a coffee drinker, you can opt for Matcha Green Tea frappe instead which is as good and perfect to beat Cebu’s hot weather!

For someone who rarely goes out for breakfast and loves having breakfast food for dinner, I was ecstatic when I knew about Bicester Cafe. I may not be a morning person but waking up for breakfast outside home is something I’d never miss. Yes to more breakfast places here in Cebu!
